The hotel was beautiful, especially that dreamy bed, but noise could be bothersome until 1 am. The rooms had marks on the walls, but they were so clean and the facilities were great. The staff were excellent, especially Lucy, very welcoming, and couldn't be more helpful. The location, although not especially select, was lucky enough to experience it with the sun out, close to Canterbury, and easy to find as it shares grounds with the golf course. The dining had some issues with overly spiced breakfast and lack of variety, but the full English breakfast and sausages were a highlight. The facilities were decent overall.

The hotel has electronic lights, heating, and is conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easy to get around. However, the room wasn't ready upon my arrival at around 16:00.

The staff were all really friendly and professional, even honored my request for a late check out without any issues. They were so accommodating and even offered to pick us up at Whitstable for our meal, which was very thoughtful.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was amazing, with a fire pit in front of the bed, a massive bath, and beautiful views over the golf course. The only downside was being placed on the ground floor near reception, which caused some noise. Overall, a great experience.
